Harms Engineering has extensive experience with water utility planning and design. We not only design municipal water infrastructures for subdivisions, site developments, and road extensions, but we also specialize in partnering with Group A and Group B public water systems (typically less than 300 connections).
As a full-service engineering firm, we assist small water systems in all aspects of their project to meet both the Department of Health and Ecology's regulatory requirements.
